Our engineering team reviews your 3D drawings, samples, or product concepts to evaluate material selection, mold feasibility, and production requirements before manufacturing.

What information do you need to review my project?

You can start by sharing your 3D files, drawings, samples, product photos, or basic requirements. Our engineering team will review the available information and advise what is needed for the next step.

Could you please sign a confidentiality agreement before viewing my CAD files?

Certainly, you are welcome to provide your own confidentiality agreement template, or we can use our standard version—we’ll be happy to sign and stamp it. Once the agreement has been fully signed, you can send us the CAD drawings.

Can you support products that require special materials or performance requirements?

Yes. We support various engineering plastics and customized material solutions based on your product requirements, including mechanical strength, temperature resistance, chemical resistance, UV protection, flame retardancy, and other application needs.

How long does it take to get the first samples?

After tooling starts, we typically provide T1 samples within 30–45 days, depending on part complexity, mold structure, and validation requirements.

Before mass production, we review sample dimensions, appearance, assembly fit, and molding performance with you to confirm the product meets your requirements.

What happens if I need to reorder parts in the future?

Your dedicated mold remains stored at TryCooler for future production needs. We provide free mold storage and routine maintenance throughout its service life to help keep the tooling in good condition, reduce restart risks, and ensure a smoother production process when you place repeat orders.
